Created by beloved designer Lela Rose and sold on our website as well as by a network of 100+ independent Pearl Stylists, our pieces work hard, play harder, and look (and feel) great. We believe that EVERY day is an occasion, so dress accordingly.
We are a family owned and operated company since 2018 and share offices with our sister brands, Lela Rose and Lela Rose Bridal.
We strive to empower women to live, dress, and be on their own terms. Because, even more than a great outfit, we believe that confidence is the best look out there.
We are thoughtful about our design and production process and always look to reduce our carbon footprint. We manufacture locally - steps from our office in NYC, reducing freight and supporting local factories that prioritize the health and well-being of their workforce. We cut to order, eliminating excess inventory and donate our fabric scraps to non-profits. Becoming more sustainable is a priority for our team - and it is our commitment to you, and to each other, that we will strive to do our best wherever and whenever we can.

The season's signature print takes its inspiration from a pattern created for Princess Grace of Monaco in the 1960's and found in the Ratti Archives in Como, Italy, setting the tone for bold pop-art florals and timeless elegance. Like Princess Grace—and the women of Pearl—the florals chosen have strong roots that thrive gracefully, no matter the environment. Paired with feminine silhouettes, fresh palettes, and dainty fabrications, the collection is alive with delicate beauty and strength.
