RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return, free of charge, within 15 business days of the date delivered.

Please follow the Return and Exchange instructions located in the shipping box and use the prepaid return label provided to initiate your return. If you lose your prepaid return label, email customerservice@pearl.nyc to request a replacement label. Please note that use of any other shipping methods outside of the provided prepaid return label will lead to a delay in the return process and Pearl by Lela Rose is not responsible for any items shipped back to us using outside shipping methods.

No returns are accepted, or refunds offered after the listed return period. Garments must be received in their original condition with all tags attached. No returns are accepted, or refunds offered if items are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or Pearl by Lela Rose tags are removed. 

Pearl by Lela Rose reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements or is received after 15 business days of delivery. If your return meets all requirements, please allow up to 15 business days from the date your return is delivered for your return to be processed and account credited. The refund will appear on your next credit card statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you prefer another color or size, or see another style you like, please follow our return process to send back your items. Utilize the Return and Exchange instructions and the prepaid return label located in the shipping box to initiate your return. If you lose your prepaid return label, email customerservice@pearl.nyc to request a replacement label.

To purchase your new item, please submit a new order through our website. Please allow 48 business-day-hours for order processing. Once shipped, the delivery timeline is based on the delivery location. FedEx Ground typically takes 1-5 days, east coast to west coast respectively. FedEx Next Day Air will deliver the day after it has left the warehouse.  

WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED? 

In the event that your order is processed incorrectly or the merchandise is damaged or defective, please photograph the shipping error or damage and email customerservice@pearl.nyc. We will provide instructions and information on a replacement or refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
